Exceptional Service. I had a coupon for an oil change from Belden's . I set up the appointment with Carl Creasy two days before it expired October 31. I paid exactly what the coupon stated. I always take my car to have it service at Belden's because of the quality of service performed on my vehicle and the respectful employees on the staff. I know Carl for a long time since my wife and I moved here from Plano, Texas 5 years ago.

They replaced rear shocks on a Civic. It's easy to schedule repairs and drop off the car. They called me when it was ready and price was like the estimate. They warranty the shocks. Everyone wears masks and social distances.

New to the area and was unsure where to take my vehicle when the engine light came on. Stopped in and Carl was quick to help me out, checked the code on the vehicle and scheduled me for the next day. I took my vehicle back because Carl's ease and confidence in fixing my engine light issue. Upon arriving at 7:30 am, the entire staff was upbeat and very friendly. Carl took my keys and when I got my vehicle back, it was back to normal with no issues. Extremely professional customer service and I highly recommend this location for future auto repairs.
