During my first 4 days moving to San Antonio,my car brakes started to fail. My car has been well maintained for the 8 years and just about time it started to act up. I initially took my car to Lincoln dealership to be serviced as I usually would in California and it was very frustrating! All I heard from the estimator was $125 for diag, and 2-3 days in the line department ,and I have no loaner car for you. He never sounded like he is willing to help at all. I was close to being a cry baby.I searched on yelp and found Beldens Automotive. I drove off and took my car there. Then I met the kindest man WILL ,from the moment I entered their door he immediately asked how can he help me today. I told him what I thought was wrong with the car, he took my car without pressing on the prices like I can never afford it(unlike the previous Lincoln guy).Within 15 minutes or less, he had a driver taking to the gym, picking me up after I was done working out and the driver took me to my hotel. The diagnostics results was sent to me within the same day and we discussed every single thing they had found wrong with my vehicle in a detailed manner that I can understand. Turns out, my brakes were really bad and other things needed service as well. They needed to keep my vehicle for another day.It was my first day at my new job the following day . Will went above and beyond to my surprise, he said, don't worry we will pick you up and take you to the hospital on time. He was in front of my hotel at 6am and I made it to my work on time. This is an excellent customer service. Going above and beyond for your customers goes a long way. You will not find this kind of service anywhere else. I was also picked up after my shift and voila, my car is done. Rest assured, I will do my best as an ER nurse to serve the community of San Antonio as well. Kindness goes a long way.
