We love this location… Especially Charlie and Carl. They are always kind, respectful, professional. This is the only place we take our vehicles. But, you’ll absolutely must do something about your oil change stickers for the windshield. They simply do not stay on. Mine fell off the day I had my oil change and it was missing for months. I have no way to know when I need an oil change and then I have to call the store and bother Charlie and Carl. You should look into a different brand of windshield stickers.

I needed a SPLASH GUARD recently installed (partly) to be examined and have its installation fully completed. I called Belden's with this unusual request and was told to bring in my DTS Cadillac and they would at least look at what needed to be done. The car's front splash guard was refitted and secured. I was taken to the repair area and shown the work itself. FANTASTIC!!! Staff was professional and "customer friendly".

Karl and the team at Belden’s off Bulverde Road are some great people. They work with you on cost and prioritize what absolutely needs to be repaired to what can wait. They also keep a great history of what you have had done to your vehicle at that shop. I’m sure they can be linked to other Belden’s locations as well.
