I debated whether or not to leave a 5 star review. After all, it should mean that everything was exceptional. My latest service was anything but perfect. What was perfect was the way the problems were handled. They owned the mistakes, they apologized, and they made it right. How often does that happen anymore? In the end I got exactly what I went in for and had my faith in the great folks at Belden's reconfirmed. The entire crew is terrific, but Ian and Joey deserve a special mention. They understand customer service the way it used to be. Thanks to you all!
