You're expensive. And your communication about costs and condition of the vehicle suck. I went in for brakes. Gotta admit - was busy (all kinds of sick ppl all around me) and didn't notice just the front brakes - for $800 bucks!?! But - you let me leave with no heads up about the condition of my rear brakes. they were obviously in bad shape! Now, of course, they are in desperate need of replacing. That's not nice. Been here 3 or 4 times. Thought it was worthwhile to support the local business despite being expensive. Boy, was i a sucker. The mechanics do good work. Front office aren't ogres (not award winning either)... ya know what it is... they didn't give a shit about me. They did the work n got their money. Good luck with the rest, you dumb customer! Oh, we could have told you about it, but - you'll figure it out- buh-bye! This is not a place with your interests in mind. Go somewhere else. Anywhere that they might be forthcoming and clear about the condition of your car. [EDIT: Manager called after leaving this review. I know they genuinely feel bad about the service. He's asked me to bring the car in for the rear brakes. I told him it'd be a couple of weeks. ... Le Sigh.]
