I had a flat tire, and decided to try Belden on Bulverde Road since I had heard a lot of good things about them. Also, I figured this would be a good introduction to working with a new auto repair company. First of all, I left my tire there overnight. So, the next day I came to pick up my tire, and they were willing to put it back on for me, but I was in a big hurry to get to a meeting. The guys at the counter could tell I was getting a little antsy, so they accommodated me even though they were really busy, and I had walked in without an appointment. They got me out of there fast, and I made it on time to my meeting at a school down the street. But that wasn't necessarily what convinced me to use them as our future automotive repair place. One of the gentlemen at the counter could be overheard talking to a customer and saying the magic words, "No, we couldn't find anything wrong with (name of car part), so it doesn't need to be replaced." What?! An honest evaluation of what does and does not need to be fixe? No padding the bottom line with replacing parts that don't need to be replaced? Wow, it's nice to see a business with integrity. No wonder they are always busy.
Thanks for the kind words Veronica! We appreciate you mentioning the other customer interaction but that's just us doing our job. We've been serving greater San Antonio for a long time and have always taken a customer-first approach. Our customers are our business and without them, we'd be nothing. So treating them fair and honest is what we are all about. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you at our shop again!
