They were great! Dylan the front desk guy, and Alex did an amazing job. Great customer service. They fixed my valve stems really fast. They were really polite. I just moved to San Antonio, but this is the place that I trust to take my car and I recommend that everyone goes here.

Excellent service all around. David was my service advisor and was great at communicating what was needed and the total cost of repairs. I really liked how they sent a detailed report of repair needs and suggestions for me to review prior to proceeding with the work. They were very detailed on what was needed and where the issues were to include pictures. I would absolutely use Belden again.

I have only experienced good and honest work here. I started to bring my vehicles here for several maintenance services. I like this shop because it’s close to me, very transparent, fast, and capable. I have had several experiences here and they have been very consistent. Prices are consistent with other quality shops but worth the cost to get trustworthy work done.

Courteous service, BUT, I looked at footage from dashcam and noticed mechanic test drove my car hitting speed bumps at almost 30mph. I'm very upset about that. Otherwise good diagnostic service. I only paid for diagnostic service and decided to take my car to a cheaper friend mechanic.

Allan and Malcolm are the worst automotive representatives you can ever run across. i took my vehicle back over for the second time. It sat there. For an entire week! never sent a progress link. And it's obvious it was not diagnosed properly- or at all for that matter. 700 $ later in rentals, again! And Allan's best advice was," Take it somewhere else."

They were very prompt in doing diagnostics on our Nissan and very through. We currently cannot afford the extensive repairs it needs so are waiting til after the first to get the work done
