I needed to get my state inspection done, and Eric and Alex got me scheduled within an hour of my call. In and out within 20 minutes. Easiest thing ever! They're right down the street and always give great, friendly and efficient service.

Belden on Fredericksburg Road was friendly and communicated well. They called with updates completing what I asked to be done. They also found some other things that might need to be fixed in the future. They took pictures and gave me quotes just in case I want to fix these in the future. Thank you.

Fast service

Great customer service and very professional.

Honest, friendly, timely repair completion, and reasonably priced. They charge what they say they will, and waived the $80 diagnostic fee since I had the car repaired in the same visit. They also offered to shuttle me to home and back since I needed to leave the car for the day - a very nice added service which I took advantage of. Best of all: they provide a 3-year/36k mile warranty on the repair they did, which was a power steering pressure hose replacement. I don't believe I've ever ever had a shop offer a repair warranty that long, let alone on a hose. I like these guys. I'll be back next time I need a repair - and with my 10 and 19 year old cars, that will probably be fairly soon!

Excellent in all ways. Knowledgeable service advisor who communicates well, in terms that are technical, yet understandable. Thorough work done, based on diagnosis. One part required extra day for delivery, so Belden's provided usage of courtesy vehicle at their expense. Facility is clean. All employees seem well-trained. Belden's slogan is "The Dealer Alternative," which seems right-on as a marketing tool that rings true.
