Belden's is great. I stopped in last week for a quick inspection, Eric took it in, and Ben knocked it out quickly. Great duo there. Both were fun to talk to. Big up's to Belden's and these two guys.

I've always had a great experience with Belden's (at multiple locations) the entire time I've lived in San Antonio. The staff is friendly, professional, and kind. I have to specifically call out Dillon Reeves who went out of his way to help me recently. I had a pretty unique situation come up, and I needed some help. Kind of as a last resort, I called Belden's to see if someone could help me and Dillon went absolutely out of his way to help me out and provide me with assistance. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for how quickly he responded and how he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I would recommend Belden's to anyone!

I know sometimes it’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to mechanics and our vehicles. I just wanted to leave a positive review for Belden’s Automotive here in town. I had some work done on my vehicle there and I was honestly impressed. Brandon and the rest of the team in the front area of the shop were super respectful and helpful. Each person that walked up asked me how I was doing and made sure I was being taken care of. They were extremely honest and up front about what needed to be done, timeline, and costs. It’s not often I feel like I can trust an automotive shop, but Belden’s really made me feel comfortable and confident in what we were doing. Bonus points - the waiting area was so super clean, it honestly looked like I walked into a dealership, without the dealership vibes. Anyways, I just felt like they deserved some credit for being good people and doing a good job. Highly recommend if y’all are needing to get anything taken care of.

Not the best customer service Was not quoted that there would be a diagnostic charge upon receiving my vehicle l was expected to pay $200. NOT HAPPENING.
