I was actually going down the highway and my tire went down and I pulled off the highway and pulled into the shop next to buildings and thought it was open but it was closed so I walked over to buildings and come see you I go push on the door on the side one of the three entrances to the main place and it was unlocked I thought someone was there I thought I heard a noise for the back so I yelled hello hello anybody here and then I realized that nobody's there and this place is left wide open and I know it really hurt these guys if somebody stole their tools so I got on the phone and I called buildings and they got a tow service and then I got the manager and I told the manager I said you guys close today and he says well I'm in here and I believe you left the business unlocked and didn't set the alarm and he asked me to stay there until he got there and then I look around and said thank you thank you very much and then give me a free oil change these guys are cool and

They are thieves!!! They didn’t fix my car at all!! John Franklin and Dillion Reeves (from my receipt) Vehicle was worked on at this location and I’m not sure what they even did. Paid $800 on 3/14/24 for vehicle to still not to work. I ended up having a recommended mechanic come to my house because the vehicle stopped working on the way to work and I was stranded. He wanted to see what exactly was already “repaired” on it and when he called they gave him the run around for privacy issues although he had all info and VIN to provide for lookup. He was trying to do the right thing and Belden employees would not help!! I was at work when the new mechanic was calling but I ended up finding the paper receipt. We review the itemize receipt and the were things they said they replaced that were never to touched and they missed a lot of that should have been seen. The labor alone was $500. They took advantage of me and my situation and didn’t fix the problem. Services NOT rendered.
