A very nice place to do business whether it’s to have your vehicle inspected, change a tire or fix a problem with your vehicle. The wait is never long and the employees are always helpful.

I called and spoke with Eric on Tuesday and he told me that they were very busy but if I brought it on Thursday, he could try to look at it on Thursday or Friday but he made no promises. I called him Thursday morning and told him that I was on my way. When I got there, he pulled it right into the bay to check the problem. He called me a couple of hours later and told me that they found the problem and the parts were on the way, and I could probably pick it up the same day. Good to his word, at 5:30 Eric called me and said that the vehicle was ready. All in all professional service and we are very satisfied. Thank you.

Belden's Automotive & Tires on San Pedro in San Antonio TX is the place to go for excellent service. I stopped by and was greeted by Justin Rodriguez who was very professional, friendly and courteous. Even though he said they wouldn't be able to see me until Monday, he went ahead and walked with me outside to check my car and was able to help me quickly with the problem I was inquiring about my car so I wouldn't have to come back in. Thank you Justin Rodriguez so much for coming to my rescue!!

Oil change was done quickly and very attentive. I will be coming back.

The folks here at the Bulverde/Evans location are outstanding and very professional. Charlie the Svc Mgr is a true leader and it stems down through quality of work that they stand behind. His techs are some of the best and will get the work done properly! Highly recommend!

AC went out in 100 degree weather and dealership wouldn’t take me right away so I decided to stop by this belden’s. Definitely made the right choice they took my car in right away and even provided rides back home and picked me up the next morning to get my fixed vehicle, customer service was amazing and welcoming I wasn’t confused about anything in the process Jay King really made sure I felt taken care of. Well deserved 5 stars.
