I have looked high & low for an honest responsible automotive shop with skilled mechanics that have pride in their workmanship, here at Belden’s Automotive Iv found just that.

I do agree with some of these low ratings regarding customer service, to their business’ defense I did go in 20mins before closing inquiring about an inspection but the customer service I received was still very dry and non inviting, I still managed to smile and show appreciation by saying Thank you. I asked how long does inspections take and my question was never answered, response was only that “you need to schedule an appt.” I won’t assume anything further just leave my review and exit stage left…

Expensive. There are other options in the area, would recommend looking at those. I once had them patch my tire, 30 dollars. I also had them do other work. I have had hit and miss interactions with their managers; I stopped going. Finding a good mechanic is hard. While these mechanics are good, they are unnecessary pricy. One of the managers (do not think this was intentional) did my car inspection, and then sort of underhandly said, "we generally do these for our customers." He didn't he realized I patronized them in the past. These mechanics I would place in the category of "Use in case of emergency," but not for regular maintenance (unless you can afford it).

The staff is always professional and timely with their services.

The guys at the San Pedro location went above and beyond for myself and my vehicle. My car was there longer than expected because the warranty was avoiding their responsibility. Malcolm went back and forth with them until he got them to cover the parts and labor. They did more than they had to and I'm very happy with the outcome. My car is running great. I went to them because I read they are reputable, I couldn't agree more. I will be coming back for all my vehicle needs.

Having relied upon Charlie, Carl, and the crew since this location opened, I can’t imagine going any place else. They’ve always taken care of me and they have certainly done an excellent job caring for my classic antique….a 2000 Pontiac TransAm. Thank you guys!!!!

Just what we’ve come to expect from Cameron, Raul, and the crew of techs at Beldens… when they tell you that they aren’t just another auto shop, that they are our neighbors; they aren’t kidding. I’ve ran into Cameron two weekends in a row at the HEB and at the car wash going about his day, socializing with his community.
