I took my car in for a transmission issue and an oil change. They gave me a quote for all the repairs and I authorized service. I was expecting the repairs to take several days. I was stunned the next day to hear that my car was ready. But did they meet the quote they gave me - NO! The final price was over $100 lower than what they quoted me.
