Everyone from the front desk office to the technician inside the shop, were very professional and kept me updated on the condition of my truck. The text messages and videos of the work and findings being done is a great example of a Top Notch business! This shop is by far the best I’ve seen and been to, hands down!

Belden's Automotive on Prue Road is an excellent shop! They're not the cheapest on price but will definitely take care of all your automotive needs. Their staff is honest and very friendly. They've never tried to upsell me on anything. And when something is still good enough to use for a while, they will let you know rather than telling you "It's an emergency and you need to replace it right away", like other shops try to do. Also, if you're military, active or Veteran, they offer a discount, which is very helpful in this economy.

I can’t see myself going anywhere else for getting my car serviced. Not only do you have kind and competent gentleman in the front, but the level of transparency is amazing. Everytime I drop off, I get texted a full review of the state and condition of my car, including recommendations and pictures. They really go above and beyond for me and have even developed a relationship with me and my family over the years. I send all my family’s vehicles to Belden’s. I appreciate them very much.
