Ended up not doing business as they don’t install non-OEM brake pads/rotors. However, Jeff greeted me on day one with transparency and honesty. Never tried upselling anything and had no hard feelings for me walking out the door after inspection. If I have any other issues I will be back.

As always, the guys at the Bulverde took good care of me. Car was making a popping noise & after much consternation & investigation we found it & got it fixed. I love these guys .

I have been getting car service at this facility for years. The reason I keep going back is their excellent service, and their great customer support. You fell like family the way they care of your car. They always have hot coffee, cold water and a snacks to eat.. I have strongly recommend them to my family and friends.. You can not go wrong to have your car serviced by these pros.
