My 2016 Traverse just was really out of it after i arrived home being gone for 4 months. we tried charging the battery, driving it around for an hour.....but after 30 minutes it would not restart. So we jumped it again.....took it immediately to our neighborhood Belden's. Was greated very graciously, listened to the details of my morning and left it in good hands. I was called within 4 hours that it seemed to probably need a new battery and more diagnostic testing. The following morning i was called, telling me what all was needed.....and said....."go for it". It was ready by mid afternoon!!!! I am totally pleased with the customer service by the rep and the car drives and smells wonderful. Always a pleasure to deal with my local Beldens.........
