My beat up tire of six years was acting crazy underneath me as I drove slowly down the busy San Pedro Avenue. I randomly saw Belden’s auto and tire shop on the side and decided to stop there for help. My tire was on its last leg and crumbled. Luckily there was a gentlemen named Eric at the front desk who offered to help me find the spare donut tire, which was not easy to retrieve because the trunk hatch door doesn’t work (a recall🙄). There was a metal thing that kept my donut stuck so it was quite a strenuous task to get it out. Not to mention that my car was filled with random teacher supplies and books. A mess. All in all, very helpful automotive staff who offered water, allowed my friend and her baby to wait in the lobby, and helped me change the tire so that I could move it to get a new tire. Mr. Eric assured me that the tire damage wasn’t mechanical related and a new tire was all that was needed. I was relieved. 🙂 Since then, I did get all new 🛞 tires and my vehicle drives fine. I love this shop, specifically this location. Charlie, the manager, as well as the other employees always make me feel welcomed, informed, and keep it friendly, yet professional. I highly recommend this shop and have to multiple people. No matter what side of town I am on, I always come back. They are knowledgeable, explain things to me when I ask, never make me feel stupid, and always remember me. I have been with this shop since before 2014, but they have been my priority shop when dealing with my red, Dodge Ram 1500, truck since about 2014. I love these guys. Grateful for their honesty, integrity, and high work ethics.

I am overwhelmed, as an elderly women, with joy to express some of the excellent customer service these employee provided me. Mark and Antonio provided exceptional customer service. While my granddaughter and daughter were driving my car from Los Angeles California to Jacksonville florida the water pump went out. These employees kept me informed daily, they explained the process daily. Then I picked up my car and something else broke. They sent a tow truck, spoke with the warranty company and got my car running again. All the way they were letting me know "don't worry, we got you covered". I can only say that truly made the difference in a trully challenging situation. Thank you for ALL the assistance.

My 1972 Nova just quit on me today at 775 at the 87 jog. Richard from the store on 87 just happen to be driving by. He found some debris blocking up my carb in a matter of minutes had me back up and running. He Did a quick carb adjustment and made some recommendations and I was on my way! Offered to pay him for his help but he wouldn’t take it. If these are the kind of people Belden hires, the company will be around for decades more. They just earned a new customer for sure! When my car broke on our trip from Dallas, I thought we were doomed because finding a good and honest mechanic (even if you live in town) tends to be very hard. However, we were blessed by the professionals we found in this shop. In the midst of the holidays, Justin and Mark went the extra mile to find the parts we needed, gave critical advice/detailed explanation of the problem and put us safely back on the road. Super impressed with the quick turnaround and service quality. Absolutely recommend this business.

Wonderful experience! Expensive, but they found problems I wasn't aware of on my Volvo. I am very happy with the repairs and the XC90 now drives like a much younger vehicle.
