Got my state inspection for my car in less than 25 minutes. Friendly staff.

I called on one day to set up my car’s yearly inspection. I told Allen I wanted to come about 2pm the next day. Allen said they were quite busy but he would work me in. I only waited about 10 minutes til they took my keys. All I needed was to sit in the office while they took care of the inspection. Allen also included refilling my wiper washer reservoir. All this only took another 15 minutes max. I paid and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Belden’s has been my auto repair for over 20 years. They have given me 1st class service the whole time.

These guys are great to work with. They know how to treat a customer...a lost art today! If you're taking your vehicle somewhere else you're making a mistake.

Dropped in for inspection and was told there were a couple of cars ahead of me. In & out in 1/2 hr. By contrast, attempted to get inspection last week elsewhere. Was 4th in line waiting & by the time I gave up an hour and a half later was still 3rd. Just wish you still did motorcycle inspections so I could bring all my vehicles here.

This is the first time I have been to Belden's Automotive. I call at 7:00am this morning and explained my situation. They told me to come right over gave me a price for the diagnostic and said that they would be contacting me around 12:00pm. Good to their word they sent me a text an email and my report. Long story short my turbo charger was faulty. They suggested I call the manufacturer to see if the part was still under warranty, and low and behold it was. They saved me over $2000.00 and I'm pretty sure other shops would never have suggested I check the warranty. Everyone was very kind and helpful, very friendly and just a super experience. I will be recommending this shop to everyone. Thanks you so much for all you did for me.
