Everyone was very friendly, helpful and informative regarding the service on my vehicle. I will come again for my next service needs!!

My car broke down this past Sunday evening about 45 minutes from my home. I thought everything would be closed at that time but called Belden's in case someone could help me. I was lucky that they had an AFTER-HOURS number for their GM, my call went right through to Charlie who was able to calm me down and offer instructions on next steps. My tow truck driver was familiar with Belden's, so knew the process of leaving a vehicle overnight after closing. Monday morning the representative from the shop called me and explained the problem. They ordered parts and by the end of the day, my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I had a schedule conflict, so asked about pick up in the morning. Their driver came by my house to bring me to the shop, so I could easily pick up my car and be on my way. It was an awesome experience when it could have been very costly, frustrating and scary. Thank you to the Belden's team for taking care of me, I will be back with all of my automotive needs in the future.

Took in my Volvo XC60 2016 to get a diagnostic. They sincerely told me that they could not help me because the part needed to be order from the Volvo dealership. Fair and honest. They got my business for my other 2 vehicles for sure!

They did amazing! Brandon and Jay changed my tire very quick and efficiently. They made me feel welcome as I was not from the area and wasted no time to get the job done. I am very grateful I chose to come to them!

Let’s talk about service. Service that started with an S- as in SMILES , which is what they greeted me with at the door when I walked in, non scheduled, and in desperation of a full on flat tire change…. And then service ending in an E- which was EXCELLENT. These gentlemen were kind, courteous, professional, and FAST. 100% they have earned a repeat customer and recommendation to everyone I know. They were so kind and humble about it all. I barely had enough time to call my husband and tell him my drama for the day, before they were signaling to tell me my car was ready. The Last words I heard before I walked out to grab my car was “we will never leave you stranded”. How about that? A promise of true customer service from a company even though I was the one who inconvenienced them. Highly recommend.
