Beldens Bulverde location has been nothing but a blessing to me. Eli and Charlie are running the show there and we send all our friends and family for all minor or major repairs. They are non stop and always positive. 5 STARS!!!

You're expensive. And your communication about costs and condition of the vehicle suck. I went in for brakes. Gotta admit - was busy (all kinds of sick ppl all around me) and didn't notice just the front brakes - for $800 bucks!?! But - you let me leave with no heads up about the condition of my rear brakes. they were obviously in bad shape! Now, of course, they are in desperate need of replacing. That's not nice. Been here 3 or 4 times. Thought it was worthwhile to support the local business despite being expensive. Boy, was i a sucker. The mechanics do good work. Front office aren't ogres (not award winning either)... ya know what it is... they didn't give a shit about me. They did the work n got their money. Good luck with the rest, you dumb customer! Oh, we could have told you about it, but - you'll figure it out- buh-bye! This is not a place with your interests in mind. Go somewhere else. Anywhere that they might be forthcoming and clear about the condition of your car. [EDIT: Manager called after leaving this review. I know they genuinely feel bad about the service. He's asked me to bring the car in for the rear brakes. I told him it'd be a couple of weeks. ... Le Sigh.]

[EDIT: Nobody walks on water. They are a little more costly, that doesn't go away. But i gotta give then credit for taking customer reviews to heart! Charlie the manager reached out to me and really extended themselves. I don't dislike them after one visit, and I'm not in love with them after one good visit, but! I am extremely happy with this automotive shop and plan to make it my regular one. I think we all know that at any establishment (regardless of what they provide) good customer service is rare to find. So, when I had an unexpected issue come up today with my car, I was worried about finding help because I didn’t currently have anyone to go to. I called this location and Brandon answered the phone who instantly resolved my worries before I even met him in person. He told me just to stop on by and they’d take a look at my car. When I arrived Hunter immediately looked at my vehicle and fixed the issue I had. To them it was minor so they did not charge me, but to me it was the make or break of my day. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the service that I was provided. Maybe a small part of their day, but to me it was huge and has earned them a long term customer. Thanks again to Brandon and Hunter. You two are very much appreciated!

Such friendly guys Anthony and Justin. I came in for an inspection and I was out in less than 15 minutes! I've been going to Belden for 3yeaes now and look forward to their fast servicing. Highly recommend them!!

Excellent and fast as always for inspection. They do work on Mercedes Sprinter, so I am going to take the van there for AC work. Convenient, professional, and friendly.
