San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

Called on Wednesday and repair was completed by Friday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Belden's on Fredericksburg Road. The man at the service desk (I don't remember his name) provided outstanding customer service! I have worked in retail management and own my own business. This is the kind of customer service that I have always tried to achieve!!!

Excellent customer service. They physically showed me the affected parts and needed repairs. They made some maintenance recommendations. Very honest! They saved me a lot of money on unnecessary repairs recommended at another shop. I'm grateful!

This shop does not mess around. I had a ton of deferred repairs that I needed on my old Suburban, that started with my AC that went out. I had leaks everywhere and some things that I knew about that I just didn't have time to fix myself. They never tried to hide the ball from me, never tried to upsell me, and their prices on parts and labor are more than reasonable. I am new to San Antonio, and finding a shop in a new city that does quality work at a good price is hard to find. This place is it, and I will definitely bring back my car for any future needs my old truck might need. And they back their work for 2 years too. I haven't had to submit a claim for this, but if the initial work is any indication, I don't anticipate having to make any claim. Great work!

I trusted my 1972 C-10 personal project restoration completion to my friends at Beldens in Boerne Texas. I was under a time constraint to complete this project as I live out of Texas and needed to be moving very soon. Every bay at the location was full, yet they made the time and provided outstanding pricing for the final stage of my project. Every tech and staff member I had contact with made sure i knew that they were making every effort to meet my needs. My heroes once again! Recently, I was babysitting a granddaughter for the day with of course, my only vehicle when a noise I had begun hearing two days prior caused me to pull into Beldon's. Charlie and associates lifted the car in a stall and showed me that I was in immediate need of front brake pads. They then called several car rental places nearby but none had a vehicle available so they agreed to do the job that day. Because it would take several hours and I had a young child with me, I was even driven home! Beldon's price for the job was $70 less than a quote from another auto service center given to my neighbor the previous week. I have taken my vehicle to Beldon's on three occasions and have been extremely happy with their treatment of me and their pricing. Because of the family-like experience I receive, it will be my first stop for any additional services needed with my car. A fan, for sure!

Had my brakes, oil, and spark plugs changed here. As always they did a great job. Best all around mechanics in town.
