They identified the problem in our sons car, took care of it in a timely fashion, dropped him off at home when he needed a ride, communicated with us throughly throughout the whole process,(answered ALL my annoying questions) Worked with our extended warranty company, (which we all know is a pain to get approvals) THANK YOU!!!!

I recently moved to San Antonio from out of state. About a month ago I finally took my primary vehicle for the state inspection so I can get the registration and plates changed. The guys at that other location (NOT Belden's) were very nice, but when I left, I noticed they charged me $10. I thought when I had looked online that I saw the fee should be $7, but I didn't want to have an issue that day, plus thought maybe they had some service fee I wasn't aware of. But nope, apparently they illegally charged me $10, I'm sure thinking they could pull one over on a female from another state who didn't know any better. So needless to say, when I wanted to take my second vehicle for inspection, I didn't go back there. I went to Belden's within an hour of closing, and they got me in with super fast, friendly, and honest service. I will definitely be back for oil changes another services on my vehicles. Great job Belden's!!

Had an Allen wrench in my tire. Towed to the shop, tire was fixed quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Great shop!

I was desperate to have my car automatic window repaired. It was stuck in the down position. I spoke with three different service writers and all three were as helpful and courteous on the phone as they could be. They squeezed me in in just a couple days. I also asked them to check an oil leak and my brakes. I did have two oil leaks but they told me my brakes were fine for now. How easy it would have been to tell me that my brakes needed replacing. I would have had no idea. They repaired the two issues I had and did a great job dealing with my car warranty company. They also shuttled me back and forth home. I picked up my car today and knew I had to leave a positive review for them. I will use them from now on and not my dealership that never answers the phone. Thank you Belden for great service! 👍👍
