New to the state and the area, so I was nervous to find a new shop for my car. SO glad I picked this place. They went above and beyond to communicate what was wrong and what was needed. I feel like places are always trying to overcharge and oversell when it comes to your car (especially when you’re a woman) but not here!! Will definitely be recommending and coming back for future services.

I don't know what happened to this place but they will never see me again for anything! When I moved to the area this was the shop I would go to. Won't ever return now. My last truck they had it for six months claiming it was one part and finally called and said I needed to pick it up because of space. I picked it up googled the symptoms and found it was a loose wire in the harness. As well a mystery oil leak they couldn't find which their answer was "pull the motor and replace every seal." Found it to be a simple $12 seal. I recently took my other truck to them for some minor repairs. Belts AC check, and a transmission service light had come on. They checked said it was a leaking pan gasket, replaced the gasket still came on, then it was a neutral safety switch, then it was the transmission control unit, then it was the PCM. Then I quite getting updates. They had the truck for three months. I had not heard anything from them since 19 Aug 24 I called them on 7 Oct 24. Oh yeah that's been done it was the glow plug control module. Interesting since it was just replaced in Aug 24 how it would go bad in less than a week from being replaced and dropped off at your shop. I am going to assume due to the amount of dirt on the truck its been sitting in the back for some time because it was covered. Today I finally got my truck back and my passenger seat was covered in trash from when it was serviced. I took it all in to the office and the service writer looked at me confused when I told him this is all the trash left in my truck. This place has gone down hill and will never get another dime from me especially after the thousands I have spent there in the last two years. I icing on the cake every time I did talk to the service writer I felt totally disrespected being called, Pal, Buddy, Boss, Boss Man, Partner or countless other colloquialism. I guess I should be happy they didn't charge me for any of the wrong parts and only the actual parts I originally asked for but absolutely inexcusable for never calling or letting me know my truck has been sitting there done while on several occasions I had to rent one to get things done.

Front staff is amazing. Every time I've come in, I've had work completed quickly without issue.
