Good communication and great work. These guys had an opportunity to charge us for something that I asked for but, as it turns out, didn't really need. Instead of just doing it and charging us for it, they explained why the vehicle didn't need it. That's a refreshing level of honesty I'll remember. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Beldens for about 5 years. My 2 cars have needed various repairs and maintenance, some big ticket items. In 55 years of owning cars and needing repairs I have NEVER had a shop I trusted more than Beldens. We all know repair shops operate on a trust basis (Yeah, ugh) I have to trust them BUT they can do what they want because 99% of us don't know what is wrong. We HAVE to TRUST the shop to tell us the truth. BELDENS is 100% trustworthy. They never lie, they never get me to do things not needed. They actually told me once to wait, or do nothing until the problem gets worse. Every repair I have needed they have worked hard to get the best cost on parts and their labor is always competitive. I am leaving Texas soon and one regret is, now I have to find a shop I can trust like Beldens. Wish me luck!

My break lights on my Honda Civic was on and would not turn off hence draining my battery. I went to Belden's on Prue Road and was assisted by a Mr. Justin Rodriguez. He looked at my vehicle and right away found the problem. He was able to fix the problem within 10min and was nice enough to not charge me even after I offered him a tip. It's very refreshing to know that there are still businesses around that know the meaning of customer service and integrity, especially in these days of COVID and rising gas prices. I will definitely be taking my car to get served again and will gladly pay because of employees like Justin Rodriquez. Thank you Belden's and thank you Mr. Rodriquez.

Have been bringing my Corvette and Infinity to Bulverde location since 2018. Staff is always accommodating and looking ways to take care of the customer. Usually have Carl taking care of me. Great guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. That’s Belsen’s for keeping my vehicles in great condition. Highly recommended.
