Jeff, as well as the other service manager I spoke to were awesome. It’s refreshing to have discussions and conversations that are casual, yet professional about the issues as they’re presented. You don’t feel pressured into buying or paying for something you don’t need. Jeff was super accommodating and even agreed to do an install of some headlight assemblies I had laying around but didn’t have the time to do myself, at no additional cost because the work being done was in the same area. I have a hard time saying I trust any service industry, but Belden’s has earned that trust after taking care of us on more than one occasion, without any issues. Great alternative to paying for over inflated, dealership prices.
