I took in my Toyota Rav for what seemed to be a faulty alternator, upon further inspection it was revealed that it was instead a faulty serpentine belt tension assembly. They could have easily changed my alternator and I might not have noticed. I appreciate and respect their honesty and integrity. I've found my new neighborhood automotive repair shop.
