The Bulverde road location has a great crew. Charlie and team were courteous, professional and got the work done when they said they would. They did not try to "upsell" me, but rather listened to my issues and then worked toward the solution. Highly recommend.

Called for an appointment to replace the starter on my Honda Element. Tommy was my service advisor, he scheduled me for the earliest opening that they had which was in two days. I was able to drop the vehicle the day before so that they could start working on it the soonest possible. I was called with an estimate and the job that needed to be done. Also, provided information on other services I might need but was never pushed to buy anything, they just suggested. My car was repaired on the same day and they picked me up at my home and brought me to the shop. Definitely would come back again.

As always, appointments taken on time and staff is very knowledgeable and personable. It is a pleasure to do business with Belden.
