We have been going to Belden's in Boerne since we moved 6-7 years ago. Everyone that works here is phenomenal and always provide the highest level of customer service.

I own a 2013 VW GLI autobahn edition. A week ago I encountered a lack of throttle which caused my EPC light to blink only when I was in a right hand turn. This happened 3 times when then my engine light came on. I have had my car repaired ONLY at VW dealer service departments. However the local dealer here was no where near as polite, helpful or as competent as SHEEHY in Hagerstown, MD. When this happened several people I work with recommended Belden’s on Bulverde rd here in San Antonio, TX. Not only did they diagnose the problem but also found other issues that could have left me stranded somewhere. The communication was amazing, the price and guarantee was unmatched. I got my car back and the very next morning realized I needed my state inspection. I called them and was told to come right in that they would take care of me. THEY DID! Yesterday afternoon on my way to work my car began to overheat so I got to the parking lot where I work called and explained to them what had happened. Within minutes I had a tow company calling me to arrange pick up of my car to transport to Belden’s. Fearing the worst (as that is typical with my car)... we were contacted before 10am this morning with the diagnosis. My water pump failed. Now I know most people think the worst of auto repair shops but I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else and I will never fear Belden’s specifically. Charlie and all of the amazing guys there have gone way above and far beyond what they needed to so that I can get my car back in rapid time but most importantly at no cost to me. That is something that is unheard of these days and words cannot express the gratitude that my husband and I have for them. I will sing the praises and recommend ONLY you to anyone and everyone in need of good, honest and hardworking professional mechanics at Belden’s on Bulverde! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had bought a 42 month maintenance free battery back in March of 2019. On Friday the 4th of December 2020, the battery did not start my Jeep. I called Belden to inform them I need a battery to replace my dead one. The called me back in about 2 hours and informed me that they would have a battery on Monday morning. Great ! While I waited the weekend, I troubled shot all of the electrical solutions, including charging the battery first with a jump from my truck and then with an over night charger. After 36 hours of charging the battery, it did not hold the charge. So we had another Eggnog and watched Hallmark Christmas Specials while decorating our home ! Monday came, I picked up the battery, brought it home , installed it and poof everything is perfect as it should be. Thanks Belden ! Merry Christmas and to all a good night !

This is the cleanest and most professional automotive repair shop I've seen in San Antonio. The customer service is 5 stars always. The courtesy limo services to its customers is rare and adds a special touch. I've had two cars serviced and their level of integrity should be emulated. They are always cordial no matter who takes the phone call or provides service at the counter. They are thorough and always explains the findings or confirms them on the vehicle and will make service recommendations and let you know if the problem is emergent. I like the fact they serve with integrity and everyone entering the facility is immediately welcomed. I've referred friends to Belden in other areas of town and they too gave positive reviews of their experience. Try them!! You have nothing to lose but everything to gain!!

The staff was extra helpful and I felt like my repair was made a priority. They even worked with me to coordinate allowing me to pick up my vehicle after hours, which was greatly appreciated.
