Dropped off my F150 for an alignment after rebuilding my front end and I’m very pleased with the work and the value of their services. They had an issue with the alignment rack which required my truck to be there a day and a half (out of their control). However they were excellent at communicating with me and I got my truck back promptly the next day. Excellent communication, service, and value.

The gentlemen at Belden Automotive (Fredericksburg Rd), especially Alan, were awesome. They were polite, professional, and very informative over the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly be back in the near future.

Allen help me with my tire issue instantly and kept me informed.

It was a pleasant surprise seeing Alex DeHoyas serving as store manager. He is a big part of why I come to Belden's for service on my vehicles.

Called yesterday morning for an appointment to get my vehicle inspected for Texas registration. Showed up at my appointed time and was greeted by Carl. Was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Waiting room was clean and got to watch the Astros game in progress. I'll be back, y'all ... and next time I'll spend more than $7. ;)
