Calling and making an appointment was easy and they were professional and friendly. The work was done to my satisfaction and I will be returning in the future.

I know it's a less conventional vehicle, but I have an Electric kick scooter, similar to the models used by Lime or Bird. I was having trouble loosing a particularly tough bolt, and gave the Belden's Automotive on Fredericksburg a call. Allen answered and suggested that I bring my scooter to the shop and we'd see if he could help me. I walked to the shop about an hour later with scooter in hand, and was cheerfully greeted at the door! Allen asked me to bring my scooter around back to where the bays are located, and within minutes we had undone the bolts with an electric tool. I wasn't charged for any of this, Allen let me use the area to change my inner tube & tire, and even gave me a bottle of water to drink! I would trust Allen & co with any future vehicular services I need.
