As a former ship owner myself I’m keenly aware of the inner-workings of a properly run shop. Phillip waited on me initially and was extremely warm, welcoming and listened to my suspected problem. He didn’t blow my opinion off or talk down to me in any way. His estimate was spot-on and fully explained. We discussed OEM vs aftermarket parts and I assured him I agreed with going OEM. Alex, a superb young technician drove me to work and we discussed his family, his career and aspirations. I would’ve hired him in a second if I still owned my shop! Y’all have a diamond in the rough, but you already know that. When I got my vehicle inspection report it was thorough and detailed. We went over each item and discussed them. There was no pressure to up sell me on anything. Tony picked me up when my vehicle was ready and also gave me some tips on local golf courses ( I’m relocating from Plano). My care was perfect when I picked it up. You have a new long-term client and I found my new repair shop. Now if I can get Ronnie to spring for a round of golf!

How much do I love these guys? There are not enough numbers. I have been with this location 8 years & they never disappoint. Honest, don’t over charge, don’t make up fake issues, don’t create problems to bilk you. They have taken care of me, my adult children, & now my grandchildren because I trust them that much. Even when daughter lived out of state or granddaughters were in college out of town/state, they knew they could talk to Charlie or Carl to be sure they were getting good information. Many times Charlie or Carl have spoken to the out of town/state mechanic to make sure the girls weren’t being cheated. LOVE these guys and highly recommend.-
