We were from out of town and got a flat tire. We didn't have equipment to change it, so we ended up here. It is the best place to go! All we needed was for them to put on our spare, but they were so nice. The cleanest tire/ automotive wait area (no joke, including the restrooms), and fast service. Thank you guys again for the outstanding help and service! 😊

Charlie and the staff at Belden's did a fantastic job. They took care of my issue without charge, as it was a warrantied item which they had installed.

We have been going to Belden's in Boerne since we moved 6-7 years ago. Everyone that works here is phenomenal and always provide the highest level of customer service.

I own a 2013 VW GLI autobahn edition. A week ago I encountered a lack of throttle which caused my EPC light to blink only when I was in a right hand turn. This happened 3 times when then my engine light came on. I have had my car repaired ONLY at VW dealer service departments. However the local dealer here was no where near as polite, helpful or as competent as SHEEHY in Hagerstown, MD. When this happened several people I work with recommended Belden’s on Bulverde rd here in San Antonio, TX. Not only did they diagnose the problem but also found other issues that could have left me stranded somewhere. The communication was amazing, the price and guarantee was unmatched. I got my car back and the very next morning realized I needed my state inspection. I called them and was told to come right in that they would take care of me. THEY DID! Yesterday afternoon on my way to work my car began to overheat so I got to the parking lot where I work called and explained to them what had happened. Within minutes I had a tow company calling me to arrange pick up of my car to transport to Belden’s. Fearing the worst (as that is typical with my car)... we were contacted before 10am this morning with the diagnosis. My water pump failed. Now I know most people think the worst of auto repair shops but I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else and I will never fear Belden’s specifically. Charlie and all of the amazing guys there have gone way above and far beyond what they needed to so that I can get my car back in rapid time but most importantly at no cost to me. That is something that is unheard of these days and words cannot express the gratitude that my husband and I have for them. I will sing the praises and recommend ONLY you to anyone and everyone in need of good, honest and hardworking professional mechanics at Belden’s on Bulverde! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
