Charlie and the team have been taking care of me for several years. The challenges my vehicles show up with can, at times, be mind-boggling. But, they manage to figure it all out and fix the issues. One member of teams, Jon, retired a few weeks ago. He was usually the one who was saddled with the primary vehicle, a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. If my Jeep was alive, I’m pretty sure she’d say something like, “Where is he? WHere’s Jon?” (LOL) Seriously, Jon has tackled some very difficult problems and conquered them all while Charlie and I devised our next “Jon Prank.”
