they had my wife car for a week for tranmission and i still can,t get it, they are saying i have to pay 4,000.00dollars i have already paid 1,500 and now telling me they are waiting for a used transmission because the other they order was in worst shape than mine. I look on volvo transmission and a new one cost 2000 dollars, still waiting to get my volvo back.

Amazing service! I have taken my daughter's Jeep Wrangler for oil changes to Belden's Automotive for a couple of years. This last time we were there, they called me to let me know that, during the service, they found a leak in the rear axel and to make sure I had it checked. I took it to the Jeep dealership and they indeed found several issues with it which, thank goodness, was still under warranty so the bill to Jeep Chrysler amounted to almost $3k. We only had 2 months left on the power train warranty. If it wasn't for Belden's telling us that we may have found out later, had to pay for it and maybe even had more issues. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism and they truly saved us this time! I will not take her Jeep anywhere else but there whenever service is needed! Thanks to all of the staff for being so attentive! Truly amazing service!

I felt completely welcomed as soon as I walked in the front door. The facility was very clean and very organized. Their undivided attention was on what I needed serviced. In particular, Antonio was very professional and patient. He guided me through the entire procedure of the service and explained all the steps involved. I dropped off my car on a Thursday morning and it was ready by Monday evening--despite having to order a special and limited part for my car. Their communication skills are their strength. They called me every step of the service to make sure I was aware and comfortable with all choices being made. When I picked up my car, they waited for me even after closing time. My husband and I were very pleased with the treatment and service we received at Belden's by Prue and Babcock. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy mechanic at a reasonable price.

Once again Belden's has stepped up to the plate to take care of us in a kind, professional and timely manner! They are definitely the much better dealer alternative! We have an oil change scheduled, estimated work time was an hour and they called me exactly one hour later stating that the car was ready.

Great job by Eli replacement of battery on 2008 Corvette. Ordering new parking break cables for installation. Have had both my Infinity and Corvette service here since relocated 2 yrs ago. Great place to get your vehicles serviced.

such amazing customer service and people! i got a flat so i went here, got a new tire within hours. they put my spare on for me so that i could go home and wait for the new tire to arrive, came in around less than 2 hours. they even gave me some apples and oranges that they had leftover, greatly appreciated everything they did for me. will definitely recommend them to my friends and come back when i have enough to change out all of my tires

Great service

Beldon's checked out my Honda Accord and found that the Trouble Light was simply a missing gas cap which I already supplied. Additional inspection found a very minor oil leak (not a safety concern). Total bill: No charge!
