I am very sorry you feel our facility is deserving of a 1 star over a year and a half after you visited. We were able to find your repairs and it seems that these repairs were done on June 30 of 2018. In August of the same year, you vehicle was brought in one more time for unrelated but additional repairs for approximately $100. However, since then we have not heard from you or received any communication besides this review. Your repair of the turbo charger was more than you found online because you opted to keep a $1500 core that should be returned to the vendor and the core credit savings passed onto you. If the core had been allowed to be returned, I feel confident we would be right in line to the estimates you found online. Not only that, Belden’s Automotive & Tires has been in business since 1972 providing a two year, 24,000 Nationwide warranty to back up our certified technicians we have on staff. We would never overcharge for any parts or labor, in fact all our labor time is from a national labor guide that all reputable automotive repair shops utilize.
