Bad experience since the start. Service writer (Charlie) is a rude guy. Should not be dealing with the public. I was quoted over 900.00 to change out an alternator for a 2005 Jetta. Ended up doing it myself for 139.00. What's sad is that there is people that will and have to pay that price to get their car fixed. Stop trying to take advantage of people guys!
