I've been to so many different service departments, but let me tell you, this will be the ONLY service department I use from now on! Mark Partida explained every step of the way and explained it in a way I understood what he was talking about. Usually I feel helpless because I don't know much about engines, but Mark made me feel so comfortable. Even when I was standing in the lobby, all the staff was so friendly by saying hello and making sure I was taken care of. Never had I had an experience like this one! I want to thank the whole team for their hard work on working on my Escape. I would give this place 10 stars if I could and you have found a customer for life!!!

I'm taking a road trip out of state and needed to ensure my truck was road worthy. It is not my daily driver, so it tends to sit for weeks at a time. I took it to the closest location. I worked with Carl. He listened to what I needed, then explained their planned diagnosis to determine what needs attention. He called me later that day with a complete list of items. It was a long list, but I felt comfortable with proceeding with his recommendations. He explained each item, and costs, including parts and labor. He kept me informed the entire time about progress of repairs and when it was ready for pickup. I was even provided rides to and from my house for drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Everything looks great. Please pass along my appreciation to Carl and the entire staff. I feel confident that my truck is not going to leave me stranded. You have a loyal future customer. Happy to say 5 stars.

Greatly appreciate Belden's stepping up and honoring the Road Hazard warranty on my tires when I called Saturday at 10am. By 11am, I was back on the road. Well done and again, greatly appreciated.

I have used Beldens in the Bourne area for many years and have always been pleased with their service. They check the manufacturers maintenance schedule and let me know when my car is due for a particular service. They never push for any service, but give me the reasons to do the specific maintenance now, rather than later. If I decide to delay it, there is no “selling” approach to have it done now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for automotive service!

Got my tires and brakes changed here, mechanics were very professional and gave me a fair price for what I needed. Service was quick (was able to.book an appointment quickly and the repairs themselves took a day) and the shuttle service the provided is excellent. Will recommend them to friends and family, thank you for your great service.
