I have been to many dealerships and auto repair shops and I have to say that Belden’s is by far the best of the automobile repair shop I've dealt with. From the phone call to make my appointment for service to the moment I picked up my truck. 1. Excellent customer service! 2. Detailed explanation by my advisor (Mr. Charlie) what work required. 3. My car had many issues and they had it fixed on time. 4. When I went to pick up my truck. The same person (Mr Charlie) greeted me and took care of all my needs. He explained in detail the work completed and an extra bonus was that my Truck is running like a champ and safe to drive now with confidence. I really appreciated that! The best part was that the experience was painless. I highly recommend Belden's at Bulverde! If you're looking for a great experience you know who to call! I've been using Belden's Automotive for years now and they keep our cars running right. Not sure why I still shop around (just in my cheapo nature I guess) but Belden's pricing is always in line with, if not lower than, the responses I receive from the dealerships.
