I appreciated my experience with Belden's location on Fredericksburg Rd. in San Antonio. They were helpful and prioritized my time-crunch needs to get my car repaired before the warrantee period ran out over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Belden provided excellent service. My automobile was ready to go within just a few hours. Further, customer service was great. They were kind and personable.

Was contacted and told vehicle issue was resolved. I drove my vehicle and problem was not resolved. Belden’s could not diagnose problem and recommended replacing front suspension at a cost of over $2,800. Took vehicle back and found the problem was lower control arm. Replaced and problem resolved. Certainly lost faith in Belden.

They were great! Dylan the front desk guy, and Alex did an amazing job. Great customer service. They fixed my valve stems really fast. They were really polite. I just moved to San Antonio, but this is the place that I trust to take my car and I recommend that everyone goes here.

Excellent service all around. David was my service advisor and was great at communicating what was needed and the total cost of repairs. I really liked how they sent a detailed report of repair needs and suggestions for me to review prior to proceeding with the work. They were very detailed on what was needed and where the issues were to include pictures. I would absolutely use Belden again.
