Belden always is very helpful and only suggest work that is necessary. They are friendly and keep you informed on progress of your service or repair. I write very few reviews but they do a great job and I trust their shop.

The job had been scheduled and previously quoted. The work was completed and I had my car back the same day. The price ended up below the written quote. We discussed the next round of maintenance and when it needed to be done. Belden keeps my older car going and helps me schedule maintenance as needed.

Service advisors Brandon and Ian were great on getting the diagnosis. Mechanic Alex did a great job on the repair. Both Ian and Alex worked past closing to get my vehicle ready in a timely fashion for me to leave on vacation on time! Thanks guys!

In the last few months I have had my wife's Mercedes, my daughter's Cadillac and my Toyota Tundra all worked on at the China Grove location and Josh and his crew did an outstanding job diagnosing multiple problems that was causing the check engine light to come on with the wife's car and our daughter's car. I could not be happier with their work, as well as, their customer service. It was a pleasant change from where I have been going. I will recommend Josh and his guys for all your vehicle needs.

I first got the recommendation from a person on nextdoor. I called and spoke with Charlie at the Bulverde location. I told him the history of my car being at the dealership back in January where they recommended a whole new engine. Well, that was a bit much. So, I appreciated Charlie's honesty and had my car towed in. Unfortunately, it was not worth repairing. Charlie kept me updated everyday. I really think that is good customer service. He was totally honest with me about my whole situation with the car. This sure is one place in which I will always recommend anyone to take their car to. Great service!
