Boerne Employees at Belden’s Automotive & Tires are great. Jim Clarke, the manager, treated me with utmost respect and concern with the repair of my 2002 Dodge Caravan. They were very professional in providing me quality work. They were prompt with the repairs and kept me updated on progress of repairs. I appreciate they work and will return to them again when their service is needed.

I recently moved to Boerne from Houston and needed my car serviced – to change the oil, flush the radiator, and rotate the tires. After doing some online research I chose Belden’s because a) they had positive customer reviews and b) they’re a family-owned business with their name at stake. All of the people I met – Jason, Jim, Loa, M.G. and Raul – made me feel welcome, like they were genuinely glad I was there. Jason went through the oil change options with me. Knowing very little about cars I asked him to treat me as he would want his mother to be treated by her mechanic, which he did. No pressure, just information. While waiting for the complimentary shuttle (which I utilized to and from, thank you M.G.!), I made the acquaintance of two women approximately my age who have been customers of Belden’s for decades – the best recommendation there is. Belden’s did a fine job on my car and didn’t try to sell me anything else. In my opinion, a competent, honest and affordable automotive shop is on par with a great spouse, doctor or teacher. I am VERY happy to have found them!

Belden’s Automotive & Tires has worked on my 2006 Lincoln MK LT (5.4 V8 4×4) twice. Once to replace a cracked exhaust manifold and most recently to run diagnostics and provide a complete tune up. The first visit went well, the manifold was replaced and I was appreciative that Belden’s Automotive & Tires was able to bring the cost in lower than that of a dealer service center. My most recent visit was to diagnose and repair an engine miss. Ultimately the vehicle had to go back a couple of times to resolve a problem which was a little disappointing and inconvenient. That being said however, what really impressed me is the steadfast and professional attitude of the Service Manager at the San Pedro location, Carl Creasy. Not once did Carl try to pass the buck. He took ownership and responsibility each and every time I spoke to him in regards to fixing the issue. Carl remained professional, even when I pressured him with my concerns and questions. Carl remained loyal to his technicians and to Belden’s Automotive & Tires, confidently and politely impressing upon me the staff’s willingness and ability to find and fix the problem. In the end, they did correct the issue and didn’t charge any additional fees. I am grateful for Belden’s Automotive & Tires’ commitment to stand behind their work and I commend Carl and the technicians that went above and beyond to deliver. I will not hesitate in taking my vehicle back for future maintenance needs.

If you haven’t been to Belden’s Automotive & Tires, you’ve been missing out on a great experience. Twice, in matter of days, I asked for help with an under inflated tire. Turns out it was a slow leak caused by a foreign object puncture. Not sure what these visits would cost, I stopped there, on Prue, because they were on my way to work. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner by Colt, who proceeded to take care of my tires, checking pressure on all tires also. The lobby was pleasantly clean and organized, as was the restroom. I was nervous initially, not knowing what to expect, but Colt and the others were so nice, professional and quite sweet to me. Bottom line, Colt refused to take any money for either time they helped me. This is a business after all and I was ready to pay, especially for such excellent service. I felt quite special as a customer there. This is definitely where I’ll be bringing my Audi for all maintenance, God willing. Thank you, Colt. You made my days. God bless you and the guys. They did a great job on replacing my battery and rotating my tires. Nice people. In walking distance to a Sonic if you want to get something to eat while waiting for your car. Good free coffee in the waiting area.

The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. I will did finitely return again.
