I needed a rental car while my AC was being serviced, they made arrangements with a nearby Enterprise, and even made arrangements for Enterprise to come pick up the rental, so I could get on my way! They called and kept me in the loop every step of the way. It's been a long time since I had service like this from a garage

My husand and I went to Belden's this morning to get assistance with a headlight bulb that went out in route to San Antonio for Thanksgiving with our family. We searched around at other locations- AutoZone and Pep Boys however we were quoted prices that were not reasonable given the bulb just needed to be replaced. Fortunately, I was able to see Belden's was located near our hotel and read the amazing reviews. After calling Belden's they fortunately had Alex's number listed on the voicemail and we called him right away. He was incredibly nice and courteous. He scheduled us to be seen the very next day. When we brought in the car this morning he was just as kind as well as his fellow coworker. We felt right at home watching TV in the waiting area. The bulb was replaced in 10 minutes! Alex gave us a reasonable price for the repair and we were incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. The reason I liked this place was because of Alex... He was very helpful... He took the time to listen. He was patience with me... I didn't feel like most places that I have been to before (like this man provably thinks I'm crazy or like omg why don't you send your husband) Alex was a very nice man And I want to thank him for being who he is. If I ever need to go get my car service and I'm in San Antonio again ... I will be returning to Belden's Automotive located at 8825 Fredericksburg in San Antonio, Tx (and thank you for finding my phone)

They are not just there for the money, but also for service and help. My daughter moved to San Antonio recently and a week after moving her car just stopped working. She found Belden's Automotive by prayer I think. They were so helpful. We needed a whole transmission and they helped us to find ways to finance all the service. Tony was great in handling the calls between my daughter and myself. I happen to be quite a distance from her and he truly gave me peace of mind.

Friendly and professional staff. Bubba was particularly helpful and printed out the recommended services to be performed for the car. I trust the guys that work at Belden's as they've always been honest with me and I've never felt that they are trying to sell something the car doesn't need.
