I'm taking a road trip out of state and needed to ensure my truck was road worthy. It is not my daily driver, so it tends to sit for weeks at a time. I took it to the closest location. I worked with Carl. He listened to what I needed, then explained their planned diagnosis to determine what needs attention. He called me later that day with a complete list of items. It was a long list, but I felt comfortable with proceeding with his recommendations. He explained each item, and costs, including parts and labor. He kept me informed the entire time about progress of repairs and when it was ready for pickup. I was even provided rides to and from my house for drop off and pick up of my vehicle.
