My husand and I went to Belden's this morning to get assistance with a headlight bulb that went out in route to San Antonio for Thanksgiving with our family. We searched around at other locations- AutoZone and Pep Boys however we were quoted prices that were not reasonable given the bulb just needed to be replaced. Fortunately, I was able to see Belden's was located near our hotel and read the amazing reviews. After calling Belden's they fortunately had Alex's number listed on the voicemail and we called him right away. He was incredibly nice and courteous. He scheduled us to be seen the very next day. When we brought in the car this morning he was just as kind as well as his fellow coworker. We felt right at home watching TV in the waiting area. The bulb was replaced in 10 minutes! Alex gave us a reasonable price for the repair and we were incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness.
