I had no idea they were so busy as we're relatively new to the area. Just showed up and they were able to get a state inspection for us on the fly. Much appreciated, and great customer service. Will be looking here next time we need something done on one of our cars.

Customer service is the epitome of what customer should be about, and not the attitude of “you need us to repair your vehicle”. Mr. Oliveraz has been repairing my vehicle(s) for over 11 years. This gentleman does not razzle-dazzle you with unneeded work. If its needed he will let you know, but the final decision is yours. I'm San Antonio born and raised, and I don't often have needs for an Automotive shop. Recently though, when my 2014 Ram 1500 was having some strange, intermittent AC issues that seemed more electrical than anything, I asked my network of friends if they had any recommendations for a shop and I was referred to Belden Automotive. Like most, I was apprehensive of being taken advantage of, but I greatly appreciated the experience I had. Jason, the GM (not sure if overall, or at the San Pedro location) was warm and engaged when I came in, told me what was going to happen, did what he said would happen, and called the following business day to tell me exactly what was going on. I authorized the work, picked up the truck that afternoon, and have been enjoying my AC in this SA heat for a few weeks now. The great warranty they provide is unique too. I'll definitely refer them and take my needs to them in the future.
