San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

So, I can't tell you about their repair skills, but for a excellent reason. They told me upfront on the phone that they couldn't repair whatever it was causing my CHECK ENGINE Light (on my 2017 Silverado) as it was a busy Saturday morning. However, they said "bring it in and we'll run a diagnostic on it". Since we're dragging a 40' trailer around the country, I jumped at the offer. When I arrived, they were welcoming, jumped on it immediately, diagnosed the issue, shook my hand, and sent me on my way. All in under 15 minutes! By the way, the office / customer lounge was sparkling, and staff was friendly and compassionate. They recognized that without their help we would've had to delay our trip. No charge, just a handshake, and a "Drive Safe!" Then later on Saturday, I get a follow up call from their corporate office to make sure I was taken care of. All I can say is WOW!

I have been going to Gambler Auto for the last 7yrs and always have been satisfied with the work and prices for the service I received. Cliff has also given me tips on what to check before bring my vehicle in for repairs and loaned me special tools needed to do it myself.

The guys at Belden’s Automotive & Tires are great. I have trusted my vehicles to them for years. They literally searched the country over for a carburetor on a 1988 model truck, found it, had it shipped to the shop and installed it. That truck is still on the road today thanks to Belden’s Automotive & Tires. I take my Honda in for service with no worries. I have confidence the car is checked over thoroughly. They treat you with the utmost respect and never talk over your head when explaining any repairs that are needed to be done. Thank you guys for relieving the stress of auto repairs. You are truly appreciated.

Last week I was in San Antonio with a group of many automotive shop owners across the country in town for a superconference. A few of us decided to go down to the Riverwalk for a few hours, but discovered a nail in the tire of our friend's car. We called ahead, and were told they could get us in for a plug and patch. From the minute we walked into the shop, we felt right at home as they embodied what each of us shop owners strive for. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable facility, friendly and welcoming manager and service writers as well as the service tech. Our time there was very pleasant and it didn't take long at all to get us back safely on the road. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Almost 2 years ago, upon moving to San Antonio, I asked who is the best most honest, reliable company for my automotive needs. I heard loud and clear Belden’s it’s a family owned business with multiple locations and family owned. I also heard it’s been around for decades. My local shop is on Bulverde near Evans Road. They not only take good care of me but I know my car is safe to drive. I have never had them try to up sell me or fib on repairs. The prices are very reasonable done in a timely manner and correctly. I don’t know everyone’s name but Carl, Charlie, and Jack are outstanding. They provide a free shuttle service as well

I purchased a 2012 Ford F350 diesel used and my friend recommended Ethan to check out my truck especially since I would be towing a 14k 5th wheel 1200 miles to Utah in the following month. He was able to give me the down and dirty of the possible issues and the good points of the truck without trying to sell stuff I didn't need. If I was staying in the area I would use this shop for maintenance on my truck.
