We have had our vehicles repaired at Belden's multiple times. Each time the staff has proven to be knowledgeable, friendly, and above all else, honest. Belden's truly will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are taken care of. On one occasion after a repair, our vehicle started having issues again. With one quick phone call we arranged to drop it off at Belden's and the issue was immediately fixed. While we have always been pleased with the quality of work done at Belden's, it is the way the staff genuinely cares about their customers that keeps us coming back. Just recently, I was driving down Bulverde Road on my way to pick up my children from school and got a flat right in front of Belden's. I pulled into Belden's and found Eli eating his lunch inside. Without hesitation Eli came outside and changed my tire for me and quickly got me back on the road. I was truly touched by his kindness. He is an excellent representation of what Belden's stands for: quality service. We are so thankful to have Belden's there when we need them!

As a woman who knows the bare minimum about cars, it can be stressful taking my car to an auto shop without being super worried they'll try to tack on a service that I really don't need. However, Beldens Automotive & Tires in San Antonio is AMAZING. I've had my car there a few times and not only do they clearly explain why I need certain services done, they also SHOW me...literally take me out to my car and point out how everything works. On top of that they always let me know if there is something I can do myself to save a little money, like changing an air filter. The staff is super friendly and easy to have conversation with while you're waiting. Great place for sure!
