Carl was absolutely excellent! He was attentive to my needs when I had an expired registration ticket. I am new to Belden and he explained services, helped me look into options for my oil change since I have an import and difficult to service. I don’t normally make appointments for my car outside of the dealer BUT Carl made it simple and easy. Sure enough! At my appointment it was exactly what was promised and within the time frame promised. Art completed the oil change and he was very professional, took extra care of my car to make sure it was not stained by oil or debris. Excellent staff at front counter and actively checking on status of cars in the bay, every employee made sure customers were comfortable in the wait room (water, coffee etc). Highly recommend Belden’s! It’s more than just service but the staff are highly knowledgeable! Thank you!!

Best place to get work done on your vehicle. They always send a "Thank You" card which I've never seen anyone else do. I love their no-nonsense approach to fixing vehicles. I never feel like I'm being sold something I don't need.

I have all my vehicles serviced at Belden's Automotive. Charlie is a great honest guy and always explains what needs to be done very thoroughly. I would highly recommend Belden's for your car needs.

Facing a long Texas drive without A/C is not a fun thought, fortunately Belden's was able to make room to investigate and try to facilitate the repair without impacting my plans. A couple hours after dropping my vehicle off, and receiving a courtesy ride home (super handy service btw!!), they called to let me know the repair was rather minor and my vehicle would be ready shortly. This is when things did not go so well... upon driving my vehicle, the A/C was unchanged ... still blowing "hot" and certainly not "cold" as I was told. I believe it reflects the true character of a business when they are faced with a difficult customer service situation. While my expectation was the repair was made as promised, the professional and very satisfactory resolution of this situation leaves Belden's as my "go to" repair shop. A couple hours after returning, my vehicle was ready, no additional cost to me, a full explanation of how the "oops" happened, many apologies for it happening, and their thanks for my understanding their need for additional documentation to allow them to fix their processes for future customers. This would have been a 5 star review if the repair was right the first time... perhaps I will be able to do that on my next visit....

Fair, Honesty, Communicates Well, Good Prices. What More could you ask for. Clean Waiting room (if needed) and Clean Restrooms! Have already returned because they EARNED My Business!

I cannot brag on Belden's enough. I had an issue with a hub bearing that I needed fixed at the very last minute and they went out of their way to get my car in and fixed in a timely manner. Their customer service goes above and beyond my expectations. Carl made what would usually be a stressful process very enjoyable. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been with Belden’s for over six years. When I became a widow I needed a place I could go for auto needs or just questions. When I needed a new car I was given advice on which cars didn’t have good service records & which did. When my granddaughter needed a car for college the staff guided us as well as inspected to see if there were issues with the vehicle. Charlie, Carl, & Alex told her if she had car problems or questions while at college to have the technician call them before authorizing any work. This made her more comfortable about not being taken advantage of. The staff does not have a crystal ball to predict upcoming problems but they will advise as to things that are showing wear & will need to be addressed & approximate cost so you can budget. I only go to Belden’s for my auto maintenance/repair needs. I have and will continue to recommend them to family & friends.

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've ever had with an automotive place! The staff is exceptional. Being new to the area, Charlie was very patient and helpful walking me through the process of getting my vehicle registered in Texas. He took the extra time to write down locations and numbers for me. Alex and Carl gave me great suggestions about things to do in the local area. In a time where good customer service is a rarity more than the norm, it is so refreshing to come to a place where they take pride in making sure their customers are satisfied. Not only will I be back, I'm going to recommend them to others!
