I have a 1991 Jeep Wrangler Renagade had some minor issues and nobody I called could give me a clear answer, until I called and spoke to Alex at Belden. He took the time to listen, gave me real numbers, unlike the “well I need to take it apart to see it” and communication was great. Price was very good too, they just made a customer for life. Being that the Jeep is almost 30 years old, it will need maintenance and I will take to Belden Automotive on Fredericksburg. Dealership knowledge and quality without the dealership price.

I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. I got new tires here 2 years ago and have since moved to Dallas. This week I got a nail in my tire and since Belden's sadly doesn't have any locations here in Dallas, I had to go to discount tire first and then the VW dealer because discount tire couldn't fix the tire. Belden's covered all of the repair costs as well as the cost to get new tire keys installed on all 4 of my tires. Belden's went above and beyond to ensure my issue was taken care of 100%, I know this is not the case with other companies as I have had experiences with others only covering a prorated amount based on how many miles you have on your warranty. If you're in the business for tire service, choose Belden's!!
