For nearly a decade (ever since we moved from Dallas), I've enjoyed the services of Belden's Automotive & Tires, both at their San Pedro and Bulverde locations. A few years ago, I began exclusively using Belden's Bulverde Road store, taking our three family vehicles there for all maintenance and repair needs. I recommend Belden's most highly to anyone seeking expert service with a personal touch. I've come to know most of the professionals at Belden's by name - and Carl has become a true friend. When doing business with an independent company, I've long believed there is nothing more important than a feeling of trust. For that trust to be established and nurtured, through numerous interactions over an extended period of time, means a great deal to me. I understand the need to pinch every penny. I've been there! I can also relate to a desire that a car or truck be brought back to a dealership for service. There are many reasons why people might choose a specific business when spending their hard-earned money. Still, there is something inherently comforting when entering a shop, being greeted by name and turning my keys over to a man I KNOW will treat me and my vehicle right, keeping me posted at every step of the process and taking care of the smallest details with a timely professionalism and heartwarming attitude. When I return the keys to my wife or daughter, the two most important people in my life, I can be confident the work I've had completed at Belden's will have been handled in such a manner as if the men at Belden's had been doing the work for their own families.
