This is, by far, the best experience I've ever had with an automotive repair/service operation! [I'd decided not to use the dealer on this, my first "need for service" for my current vehicle because (1) they didn't call me back as promised, to see what I needed and (2) they're on a heavily congested frontage road that I'd prefer to avoid if possible.] Belden's accurately scheduled the appointment on MY time schedule, and answered my questions about what I thought I'd need. In addition, they have a shuttle which not only took me home from their shop but came to pick me up when service was completed. Since this is our only vehicle and I'm no "spring chicken," this meant a lot to me! Services were completed on a timely basis...everything needed was explained before repairs were started...and the total cost was competitive. Professionalism, "no hassle" service, and super convenience for me makes me a customer of Belden's "for life!"
