I recently had my first experience with Belden's and I'll definitely be back! I was having issues with my car and contacted Belden's for an appointment. However, before the appointment, my car had a mind of its own and I had to get into the garage earlier. I called Belden's and within 30 minutes, was able drop off my car. The service advisors, Jason and Michael, were courteous, explained everything step-by-step in a non-condescending manner, and answered all of my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). My car's issues were diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours of my dropping off the car. This was much quicker than I expected based on experiences at other garages. Further, although Jason explained services I might want to consider, I appreciate that I wasn't pressured into getting anything additional I didn't need. Last, we all know auto repairs are expensive, but Belden's offers discounts for the military community as well as USAA employees - how great is that?

Needed to get a state inspection done and a tire rotation. It was very easy to get an appointment and when I came in at the agreed time, I did not have to wait but was serviced immediately. The pricing was extremely fair. I have an Audi and that can cause some stores to charge you a premium. Not so at Belden's. I needed to get the state inspection to register my car from out of state. The staff at Belden's had compiled a very helpful sheet with the proper steps to take to get your car registered. This helped a lot. I was very happy with the service I received.

Took my truck in for a coolant leak and after dropping it off I was contacted and given an estimate. They also recommended I have my gear oil changed in my transfer case and rear diff and I agreed to all repairs. They completed all repairs in a timely manner and even picked me up when the truck was ready. Everything was all good........then the next morning I got in my truck and my check engine light was on (hadn't even put 10 miles on it yet) . Called them up and they said bring it back to put on diagnostic reader. I did that and was told it was my knock sensor, which was separate from initial repairs but not a big deal bc it "wouldn't leave me on the side of the road". That didn't sit right with me bc I had never even seen the check engine light prior to this and in less than 10 miles after leaving the shop I have an issue that they didn't take responsibility for. They stated that the coolant leak was the culprit and it probably shorted out the sensor. In my opinion it was more than likely the tech who spilled some coolant on or near the sensor shorting it out. Honest mistake but again they wouldn't take responsibility and I now have a another issue that was quoted to be repaired for an additional $680. This after spending $800 with them on my truck and $775 on my wife's truck all within a week. I'm aware that they're not the cheapest in town but prior to this I was willing to pay more for good service. I now regret that decision and will no longer do business with Belden's. I will be sure to steer anyone I know away from them as well.

They did a great job on both my cars. The pricing they gave me was fair and comparable to other shops in the area. They are extremely friendly and gave me a ride and then picked me back up again.

I came to this place to get my car inspected as I just moved to Texas. When I walked in they had my appointment ready and it took literally 15 minutes and I was out of there. The guys at the front desk were really funny and cool. The waiting area was nice and clean. Free coffee. There's a TV to keep you occupied while you wait. I'll definitely recommend this place for any of my other friends moving to San Antonio from a different state.

My car was staying in high idle so I took it to the dealership, like I always do. I know the dealership charges more but I thought I was paying for their honesty. The dealership told me there was a leak and it would cost $3,000 to fix. This car is almost 10 years old and a $3,000 fix makes me wonder if I should just replace it. My husband told me to get a second opinion and he had a great experience with Belden. So the next morning I take it to Belden's and they looked at it and said it's only a $300 fix. The dealership said the leak was in a different part that takes a lot of work to get to. Belden saved me $2700! Not only that, but Belden waved the fee for the initial inspection once I told them I wanted them to fix it for me. I was so happy. Belden's is the best!!! Needless to say I will be going here from now on. No more dealership.

Fixed the problem I was having with the distributor, then tried to charge me $250 to install a TPS sensor its literally a 5 minute job. Update :: received a call from the owner about this post. He assured me that if i had brought this to the attention of the service writer they would have adjusted the quote/cost i will and have continued to patronize this establishment
