As always, I was very satisfied with the service. I take all of our family vehicles to Belden's and hope to do so for a long time. Great, fast experience.

I had my rear brake cylinders and belt idler pulley replaced this past week. I have been using this garage for my three vehicles for years. They have always diagnosed the mechanical problems correctly. One time, I was for sure that my front brakes needed to be replaced and they came back and said it was just a bolt that was loose. I have dealt with Will Dennison for years. He is honest and knowledgeable. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

This experience was perfect. I called and set up an appointment. When I dropped off my vehicle I was greeted by Carl who is always a pleasure speaking with. And I got a call about an hour later where I was told my concerns were addressed and I was then told about some of there concerns. But I wasn't given any pressure. I will continue to make beldons automotive the place I trust with my vehicle and the safety of my family.

I tried out Belden's about 6 months ago because of the good reviews and their BG services. Since then I have been very impressed with the knowledge they have and their friendliness. They treat their customers so well and am so glad that I have found a mechanic that I can trust.

The entire staff there are awesome and knowledgeable! Great service and in record time! My car was there only a day and is running like new! With a 2 year warranty given for their work. Thank you for giving such great service!

About a week ago, I pressed on the brake pedal only to hear a small thud and I loss pressure in the pedal, making it difficult to stop. After doing some asking around, a few folks recommended this shop to me for their fair prices, honesty, and customer service. So after bringing it to the guys here at Belden's, they discovered that the previous shop I had brake work done at put on the rubber brake hose incorrectly on both front brakes! They explained in detail what exactly was wrong, and the steps they were going to take to fix the car. They also recommended that my power steering fluid be flushed and replaced due to its age and the last time I had that work done, to which I agreed and had them perform that as well. Overall, they had the car fixed the same day I took it in and now the brakes perform better than before, and I notice my steering is smoother and more responsive! For the work that was done, I found the price to be less than other shops in the past, so I would highly recommend you bring your vehicle to them for any maintenance needs!

We have taken our car to Belden's since 2014 and we have never been disappointed. Staff is great, friendly and polite. I really appreciate how they go over what they did to your car, and mention work that may need to be done in the future such as getting your oil changed.

Excellent experience! Chad was very good about explaining possibilities upfront and keeping me well informed along the way, both by calling and by text. Chad and Will seem to work well together. They were very prompt and accomodating to shuttle me to my office when I dropped my truck off. I recommend Belden's Alamo Garage highly and will continue to use them for my service in place of the dealership.
